Our company, having technicians with proven experience in certification matters, is able to produce on your behalf the necessary documentation in order to fulfill the technical requirements requested for the manufacture of technological equipment in accordance with directive 97/23/CE:
- General product description
- Reference list of the standards used (harmonized standards or other codes).
- List of materials used with description of the solutions adopted for the verification of the Essential Safety Requirements. (RES)
- Risk analysis applicable to the pressure equipment subject to certification).
- RES Checklist
- Description of the manufacturing process, including construction procedures (cutting, forming, welding, heat treatments, destructive and non-destructive testing.
- Qualification of personnel responsible for permanent joints and non-destructive testing.
- Test reports
- Operating instructions manual (in accordance with Annex I of the directive, points 3 and 4).

CONTROLS
NON-DESTRUCTIVE
The checks include the inspection of the welds carried out by specialized personnel with experience in the welding sector.
Inspection of operating tanks performed by atmospheric storage tank robots in compliance with current regulations.
The robotic internal inspection is called Oil Inspection System which can scan the floor of a full tank and provide a quantitative assessment of the tank integrity.
